REFERENCES (AND LITERATURE WRITING)

Thebibliographies are expected to use the Mandeley application and use the IEEE style. The letters used are Palatino Linotype 9 pt, with 8 mm hanging format, as in the example below. Text or sentence in the subject matter that refers to the reference is indicated by the last name of the author.

In writing a bibliography using the IEEE style, the provisions are as follows: [1]

  1. References with IEEE style use numeric numbers placed in a rectangular box above the reference taken and put it at the end of the sentence.
  2. The numeric numbers located in the square box are made the same as the bibliography on the last page of the scientific paper.
  3. The numbering system must be sequentially starting from [1], [2], and so on; besides, it must also be sorted according to the references in the scientific work material.

General information for writing a bibliography regarding the IEEE style is as follows:

  1. The list of entries must match the same numerical order as the text.
  2. The author's first name is written in initials, and the last word is written in full.
  3. The first letter in the first word of an article or chapter title is capitalized, while the book title is capitalized at the beginning of each term.
  4. Article titles or chapter titles are quoted in quotation marks, while the titles of books, journals, and websites are italicized.
